A family session from long long ago that deserves some blog love because I loved it so much. Fact…nomatter what, girls are easier to photograph than boys. Sorry moms of boys, it’s just easier. (and I love their clothes and hair)(sigh)

These are for Kim…. who like every single mom who gets their pics done by me worries about any turning out because they think their children were “naughty”. SERIOUSLY they were so cute I LOVED it. BEST colors EVER for a family shoot. Kim, you did awesome. (and Justin (dad)too of course) The full blog post will come eventually…after I blog about 6-8 weddings. I am taking families starting in September. October is almost completely booked to the hilt but September and November are more flexible. Yay!

Sorry for the lack of posting and delayed emails…I have been battling a minor migrane and now starting a sore throat. Thanks for the patience…I HAVE to get better for all my shoots and workshop this week. COME ON EMILY!!! (me… talking myself out of being sick)
I cant wait to blog this family shoot……
Well, senior season is over, which means I still have about 6-7 blog posts to go in showing them. I have just recently gotten rid of the “mini-session” since it is taking the place of my bigger sessions so I wont be photographing babies, kids, maternity, for now. I also am offering two different family packages so my clients can choose which one they would like. One has 60 fully photo-shopped pictures with a disk, the other you get ALL images that are not blurred or blinked and you choose 30 to be fully photo-shopped (but you get them all) I have too many people wanting both so there ya have it. I am doing weddings ALL year, because they are my favorite. 
Don’t you love it when you are really good friends with 2 people….and they randomly end up getting married? I have known these two since 7th grade… that would be about 16 years now. Jen is one of the best friends I have EVER had and we still keep in great touch which I can’t take credit for. She is an amazing friend, and I love her SO much. Good thing Tom is like a brother to me and takes really good care of her, because she really deserves the best. These pictures touch my heart to the deepest knowing how the distance has been so trying and hard for them to deal with. Through it all, it has made their marriage stronger. They are more in love than ever, and I am SO glad I got a chance to capture it during these 2 weeks where she got to see him again until he ships off to Germany. Love you guys.
We saw these shoes at the DI the other day and I made her buy them for this shoot. Score? Yes indeed.

I LOVE LOVE how Karynn wanted super loud and urban family pictures! It just doesn’t happen that often where a family is down for a crazy background….we also did some in her AMAZING modern home but I had to narrow them down and I couldn’t pass up the yellow and orange! they were SO dang fun. came all the way up from st. george for this shoot…which made me nervous knowing there were going to be 7 kids, BUT it turned out to be one of the easiest and most FUN shoots EVER! 
Jennie won my Winkfotos Mommy Model of the year SHOE CONTEST and shocked the socks off me with how determined she was to win. You cant tell in these pictures but she is now expecting baby girl #2! They are dang cute, it just kills me.

this shoot is HANDS DOWN one of my most favorite shoots I have ever done. this is my loving neighbor down in cedar who has babysat my hailey countless times while i would go out on photoshoots. since my mum is all the way in argentina…. this loving woman has taken me in and treated me like one of her own daughters. probably one of the very few people in this world who has ever seen me as a SOBBING mess…and that is saying something because for some reason crying EMBARRASSES me more than anything. LOVE LOVE LOVE you two…thanks for becoming part of my little family!
